The watch looks great and feels great. The infer I am giving it a bad rating is because of the bad customer assistance I received. The watch has a question where the date keeps jumping ahead. I'll set the literal, date and then I'll notice that its jumped ahead a few days. I dont know if the knob to adjust the date is loose and keeps popping out or if there is an internal problem. I went to the Michael Kors web site and filled out the form to contact customer service. What followed was a join of emails telling me that I had to email an additional one department. I kept getting passed around and have yet had somebody cope my concern. I looked up a few other reviews and found that I am not the only someone who has been told to email somebody else.
